She got her start in NBC's Page Program, and went on to work with CNN's Documentary Unit.

Over the past decade, she's produced films and series including The Menendez Brothers, Ren Faire, Girl in the Picture, Trial by Media, Chef's Table, and Dirty Money. Her projects have premiered at SXSW and Tribeca. She made her directorial debut with Hulu's Trophy Wife, and her forthcoming projects will be announced in 2026.

Dani splits her time between Philadelphia, New York and Los Angeles.
